Our activities are suited to individuals and groups. They are run on selected dates throughout the year. Please contact us for available dates. After booking your activity date, whether by gift voucher or payment, you will receive an itinerary and directions to the drive site.

TANK DRIVING, Tuition Course

DIG IT, Earth Moving Experience

Tank driving experience sessions last approximately 3 1/2 hours, and are available mornings (9.00am to 12.30pm) or afternoons (1.00pm to 4.30pm)

All our guests will receive full driving tuition in the reassuring company of our friendly and experienced instructors, some of whom served in the Falklands and Gulf Wars, and have some interesting stories to tell. Our ratio of guests to vehicles is set to keep all participants pleasantly busy throughout the session.

This course is suitable for ages 16 and upwards. No previous tank driving experience is required! and  nobody will be required to drive beyond their capabilities. To help us maintain our excellent safety record, participants must exercise due care at all times and follow the instructions and advice of our instructors.

Facilities:
Toilets are available on site, along with an undercover area with picnic benches and a wood fire that we light in cold or wet weather. This is where the safety briefing takes place and refreshments are available.

Breakdown:
Should there be any problems (Breakdown, starting late etc) we have spare vehicles available to help keep the session on schedule.

Ever fancied having an earth moving experience, the machines that shape our world from minidiggers to articulated dump trucks the chance to dig doze and dump.

Next time you see one of these machines you don't have to wonder what it would be like to drive one. This experience is available as a half day session lasting approximately 3 1/2 hours, and is available mornings (9.00am to12.30pm) or afternoons (1.00pm to 4.30pm)
